A useful first conversation starts with what matters to you. Before contacting Neuro With Mr. B, take a few minutes to consider the activities you enjoy and the goals you would like to discuss.

Bring a specific question

“I want to understand your approach to balance” is a helpful starting point. So is “I am interested in coordination training for my workouts.” You do not need to know technical terms or choose drills in advance.

Ask about the format

Ask how sessions are structured, what to bring, and whether an individual session or a digital course would suit your interests. Confirm current availability and package details directly with Mr. B.

Share relevant limitations

Let your coach know about activities you have been advised to avoid and any accommodations you need. Coaching does not replace medical evaluation, and medical questions should be discussed with your healthcare professional.

Leave with a clear next step

Before booking, make sure you understand the session length, cost, and what the appointment includes. After a session, ask for clarification about any practice discussed so you know how to follow the instructions.

To start the conversation, call 281-360-5460 or email jeff@fitbodyfitbrain.org.

Neuro With Mr. B provides education and coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
