You may know Mr. B through Taekwondo, boxing, Tai Chi, Rock Steady Boxing, or Senior Neuro Fitness. You might also be here because you are curious about neuro-training and have not joined a program yet. Either way, welcome.

A place to keep learning

This blog is a new home for ideas from Neuro With Mr. B: an introduction to the training approach, a closer look at available programs, and updates about ways to learn at home or in person.

The focus is practical education. As the blog grows, look for articles about movement, balance, coordination, focus, and winding down at the end of the day.

Start with your own goals

What would you like to work on? Perhaps you want to feel more confident during a workout, explore a different approach to movement, or simply learn what neuro-training involves. Having a clear question is a useful way to begin a conversation with Mr. B.

You do not need a martial arts background to ask about Neuro With Mr. B. Current students, former students, and newcomers are all welcome.

Choose your next step

  • Explore the main website to learn about the approach and available programs.
  • Read the course introduction here if you prefer to start learning at home.
  • Contact Mr. B to discuss your goals and ask what a session involves.
